Arogya CBT
Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions explain how we will work together during your CBT sessions with Arogya CBT. Please read them carefully. By beginning therapy, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

CBT is a collaborative therapy, and your openness and honesty are essential for meaningful progress. You are always encouraged to ask questions and express concerns throughout the process.

2. Assessment Sessions

2.1. Our initial one or two sessions will focus on understanding the concerns that brought you to therapy.
2.2. We will explore when the difficulties began, how they affect you, and any previous or current treatments.
2.3. Together we will agree on your therapy goals and decide whether CBT with me is the right fit for you.
2.4. You are under no obligation to continue beyond the assessment phase.

3. Number of Sessions and Treatment Plan

3.1. If we agree to begin therapy, I will offer an initial block of 6 sessions.
3.2. We will review your progress every 6 sessions and adjust the number of sessions as needed.
3.3. You may end therapy at any time without extra cost.

4. Session Length and Timing

4.1. Sessions last approximately 50–60 minutes.
4.2. Longer or shorter sessions may be arranged if clinically helpful.
4.3. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

5. Location of Sessions

All sessions will begin online initially using a secure platform.
If, later in therapy, a change in location or format would be clinically useful, we will discuss and agree this in advance.

6. Therapist Availability and Cancellations

6.1. I will give at least two weeks’ notice for planned holidays.
