1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions explain how we will work together during your CBT sessions with Arogya CBT. Please read them carefully. By beginning therapy, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
CBT is a collaborative therapy, and your openness and honesty are essential for meaningful progress. You are always encouraged to ask questions and express concerns throughout the process.

2.1. Our initial one or two sessions will focus on understanding the concerns that brought you to therapy.
2.2. We will explore when the difficulties began, how they affect you, and any previous or current treatments.

2.4. You are under no obligation to continue beyond the assessment phase.
3. Number of Sessions and Treatment Plan
3.1. If we agree to begin therapy, I will offer an initial block of 6 sessions.

All sessions will begin online initially using a secure platform.
If, later in therapy, a change in location or format would be clinically useful, we will discuss and agree this in advance.
